Refunds & Returns


Items purchased from can be returned within 45 days of the date of purchase. We cannot exchange or return items received as a gift.


Items being returned must be in a new, unused condition with the original tags attached.


To navigate to your account, click the profile icon in the upper right corner or select Account in the footer navigation menu.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund. A $10 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


Once we receive the return shipment, please allow 12 – 14 business days for the return to be processed and the refund issued. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. You will receive an email once your refund is issued.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.


At this time, we do not allow exchanges. A new order is required for any replacement items. You can place your replacement order at any time in the return process.


Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged or defective. Please DO NOT attempt to repair any damaged merchandise. Your warranty can be voided if you attempt to repair any damaged merchandise.
