Orders are processed Monday - Thursday between 8 am and 5 pm EST. Orders should ship within 2 - 3 business days from the time it is processed. We DO NOT ship/process orders on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

Due to new safety procedures at our fulfillment center and carrier delays due to high demand, we may experience delays in delivering your order.

Customers will be notified via email confirmation when their order has shipped and their credit cards will then be charged for their purchase. Please be sure to check your junk mail folder for your order/shipment confirmation emails.

Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments at this time.

Please note that all transactions from this website will appear on your banking statement as SP * ARABIAN HORSE ASSOC, which is our payment gateway account.

Orders purchased from arabianhorses.store will ship via UPS Ground. Orders shipping to a PO Box will be shipped via USPS.

Orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii will be shipped via USPS and have a $40 flat rate shipping cost.

Please Note: Orders shipping to Canada may have additional duties and taxes for importing the items into Canada. Any additional duties or taxes are the customers responsibility to pay. Failure to pay may result in not receiving your shipment.
